"Cannot emphasize enough that this is the best service I have ever had at a hotel. Every single staff interaction was SO helpful, friendly and kind. It made our stay sooooo much better. The hotel and room itself was clean and had great temperature controls. Gym was good. Did not use the pool area but it looked well kept. We ate at the bistro for lunch and the food was good as well. They even have transfer to the cruise terminal for $10 per person for one way. Would highly recommend staying here!!!"

"I had a fantastic stay here! The entire hotel was spotless, and the team at check-in couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Jenn from the poolside bar (who later helped inside as well). She was absolutely incredible — genuinely fun to talk with, attentive without ever feeling over the top, and hands-down provided the best service I experienced on the trip. "I truly cannot express how wonderful our stay was! We stayed this past Monday, January 19th, and had booked two rooms. My mom and dad were traveling with my partner and me, and my dad was doing so with a broken neck. After getting off our ship at Port Canaveral, we were dropped off around 10:30 a.m. and planned to stay the night. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The guest service agent was one of the nicest, most genuinely caring people I have ever encountered in hospitality. She went above and beyond to get us into our rooms by noon, which was absolutely incredible, especially so my dad could lie down and rest comfortably. That level of care meant more to us than I can put into words. Although the hot tub was not warm initially, we notified a staff member right away, and maintenance was working on it immediately. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the team truly stood out. The next morning, we grabbed coffee, and the barista was so kind and welcoming. The Starbucks specialty drinks were spot on and exactly like a Starbucks drink should be. The location itself was also fantastic and very convenient. Our room was spotless. I work in hospitality and have worked for several large hospitality companies, so my standards are quite high, and this property exceeded them in every way. I honestly cannot remember the last time I felt compelled to write a hotel review, but this stay absolutely deserved one. This experience was truly a 15 out of 10. This hotel embodies genuine hospitality, something that feels increasingly rare, and the management and entire team deserve massive praise. This stay was a breath of fresh air and a reminder of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful to see that this level of care, kindness, and professionalism is still alive.
